Gov. Jerry Brown is currently on a 10-day stint in Europe travelling from the Vatican to a UN Meeting in Bonn, Germany with a focus on climate change action.
Brown has spent much of his career as a proponent of tackling climate change and California leads the nation when it comes to reductions on carbon emissions and environmental regulation.
Politico’s David Siders has been travelling with the Governor and is currently in Bonn. He joins CapRadio’s Ben Bradford in Sacramento to discuss the impact of the Governor’s trip and whether he may be overstepping his bounds as a head of state.
