As most college students prepare for finals this week or returning home to their families, Gwendolyn and Lucy Giles are ramping up for another big performance.

The Sacramento sister duo known as Dog Party recently finished a nationwide tour that included shows with the established punk group the Aquabats. On Tuesday they were named one of the headliners for Sacramento’s first fest in May. And they play the show Left Coast Love this Saturday at Ace of Spades; proceeds from ticket sales go towards Northern California wildfire relief.
