A new production opening up at California Stage this weekend explores issues of violence and personal struggle through the prism of playwright William Inge.
Sacramento playwright Richard Broadhurst wrote “Winter’s Waltz” in homage to Inge, one of his longtime inspirations. The play is directed by accomplished artist and director Janis Stevens and features Loren Taylor and Torry Scroggins.
The cast and crew discuss this unique production and explain why a production about suicide in the 1970s remains so relevant today.
