Author Larry Tagg Explores 'The Generals Of Shiloh'

What makes a military leader great? Why do some rise up in times of great chaos, while others struggle to lead? In Larry Tagg’s latest book “The Generals of Shiloh,” the Sacramento author explores the character of the high-ranking combat officers who oversaw the April 1862 battle.

Tagg will be hosting an author event at Avid Reader in Davis on Jan. 26.
