Every year high school students across the country compete in Poetry Out Loud. The event integrates arts and education in a competition focused on poetry delivery and creativity. Over a thousand students competed across El Dorado County, and Friday night the six finalists will come together to compete in the El Dorado County finals. The winner will head to the state Capitol in March for the statewide competition. Seniors Jana Hudak and Kaitlyn Stahl and El Dorado Poet Laureate Taylor Graham join Insight to discuss.
