Congressman McClintock Weighs In On Controversial Actions On Trade, Immigration, And Guns By Trump Administration

Congressman Tom McClintock has long advocated for stricter immigration laws in California that adhere to federal requirements.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced in Sacramento on Wednesday that the U.S. Department of Justice will sue the state of California, Gov. Jerry Brown and State Attorney General Xavier Becerra for enacting and enforcing three state laws that allegedly interfere with federal immigration agents.

McClintock reflects on the sanctuary state lawsuit and what it could mean for Californians. He also explains why he opposes President Trump’s proposed tariffs on aluminum and steel and gives his take on gun control policy following the school shooting in Parkland, Florida.
