It's been almost three weeks since Stephon Clark's shooting by Sacramento police officers and community members continue to have questions about the circumstances surrounding his death. Who were the police officers involved? What level of training did they have? And how are other law enforcement personnel dealing with the protests and intense public scrutiny?
Timothy Davis is the president of the Sacramento Police Officers Association. He's been a police officer for 20 years and was first elected to led the associatoin in 2015. Davis joins Insight host Beth Ruyak in studio to talk about the shooting and how officers are responding.
