An initiative to gather priorities, expectations and needs for the arts and creative economy in Sacramento held its final town hall Monday night.

Creative Edge is a partnership between the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission, the City of Sacramento, Sacramento County, and the Sacramento Region Community Foundation. The ultimate goal is to create a sustainable plan to strengthen and grow the creative economy in the region.

Dennis Mangers joins Beth Ruyak in studio to talk about what city and county leaders learned about the arts community through a series of community engagement, meetings, and town halls, and how that information will be used now.
