As the Global Climate Action Summit continues in San Francisco, Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg will join leaders from the Australian capital city of Canberra this Friday at an affiliate event for mid-sized cities with a goal achieving zero-net carbon emissions by mid-century.

The mayor stopped by the Insight studio earlier this week to talk about Sacramento’s role in this global conversation, as well as Measure U, rent control and the Stephon Clark case.
