California Capital Airshow Celebrates Mather Airport’s 100th Anniversary

Mather Airport has been serving as a Sacramento landing strip for 100 years and it’s been home to the Capital Airshow for the last 13.

Darcy Brewer, Executive Director of the California Capital Airshow, talks about the history of the airport and the airshow, as well as what visitors can expect to see this weekend. This can be a very loud event, so noise sensitive visitors should bring ear protection just in case.
