Journalist Melissa Dahl is making a name for herself in the New York media world. The 2007 Sac State graduate is a senior editor and writer at New York Magazine, including the "Science of Us" blog.

She returns to Sac State tomorrow as the first speaker in the 2018-2019 Charles Martell Author Speaker Lecture Series, where she'll be talking about her new book "Cringeworthy: A Theory of Awkwardness."
