California U.S. Senator and 2020 presidential hopeful Kamala Harris has called her plan to cut taxes one of the most significant tax breaks in years for working- and middle-class earners. Harris’ office said the LIFT (Liveable Incomes for Families Today) the Middle Class Act would provide tax breaks for up to 80 million working Americans.
