Washington Gov. Jay Inslee is one of more than 20 candidates declared in the Democratic presidential primary. He's trying to position himself as the "climate candidate" in the crowded field.
He made a stop in Sacramento this weekend where he took part in the March for Science Sacramento, and used the occasion to outline his ambitious climate proposal.
