Andrew Nixon / Capital Public Radio / File Nevada has a new law that affects applying for a job and failing a drug test. The law is intended to prevent most employers from rejecting job seekers for testing positive for marijuana. It’s the first law of its kind passed by any state. Also in Nevada, there’s a new poll on the presidential race which has Joe Biden leading and Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren jumping over Bernie Sanders for second place. She’s moving up in many state and national polls. Political Junkie Ken Rudin talks about this and about the line-up for next week’s first Democratic presidential debates on television, which are Wednesday and Thursday evenings. But, in those TV debates, Elizabeth Warren is not in the same group as Joe Biden.
