Sacramento funk-pop band The Pressure Lounge will release its debut EP this month, after seven years in the music scene. Guitarist and bandleader Joshua Krage formed the band in 2012 after a decade of gigging for friends in other bands.
The Pressure Lounge uses a “modular” lineup of bandmates who perform with the collective. The current lineup includes Krage, his wife Amy Anne, Anthony Cedeno, Sean McMillin, Tony Ledesma, Leslie Loggins and Daniel Block. They play a blend of funk, pop, hip hop and soul for a dance-worthy live experience.
You can see The Pressure Lounge perform at their EP release party with The New Crowns at Momo Lounge in Sacramento on Saturday, Aug. 31.
