The House Judiciary Committee is in the midst of another public hearing. Today’s hearing is yet a different format, with the committee questioning the legal counsels for both the Intelligence and Judiciary committees.

But this is certainly not all that’s going on in Washington, either with the impeachment inquiry or in other political news. Rep. Devin Nunes is in the spotlight again with multiple outlets reporting, based on phone records that were part of the House Intelligence Committee’s report to the Judiciary Committee, that Nunes himself may have been involved in various matters having to do with Ukraine.

In other California Congressional delegation news, Rep. Duncan Hunter’s guilty plea continues to be a big story. Late last week, it was uncertain when he would resign and whether he would cast a House vote.
