The county has five confirmed cases of coronavirus and the county health officer ordered residents to shelter in place until April 7. The order can be extended as the county health officer sees fit. We’ll discuss what this means or residents with West Sacramento Mayor Christopher Cabaldon. The summer slump could come in spring as schools are closing without a return date in mind.
