Patients in hospice care have the added strain of not being able to see their loved ones during the coronavirus pandemic and stay-at-home restrictions. 

But a letter from a stranger can help and reduce their sense of loneliness. 

Today we talk with the director of a "Sunshine Letter" program and how to send a letter of support to patients in isolation.
