Businesses across California will get guidance from the state on reopening Thursday.
Gov. Gavin Newsom is set to roll out guidelines as the state transitions back to an open economy, which is still being defined in California while 36 states are planning to reopen at varying degrees today.
Many businesses and agencies are looking forward to opening their doors again, but some have enjoyed unexpectedly good business during the pandemic and stay-at-home orders.
