California’s stay-at-home order is still in place, but more counties across the state are reopening and moving into Phase 2 plans.
Sacramento is among 40 counties that now have the green light for more reopenings, and that means many restaurants in the area could offer dine-in service by the holiday weekend. There are strict conditions and safety protocols to abide by, but as long those standards are met, restaurants can officially reopen their doors.
