It comes nearly three months after the Governor imposed one of the earliest and most restrictive stay-at-home orders in the country. The state has already issued a lengthy set of guidelines for reopening barbershops and hair salons, including designated face coverings and continuous screenings. Today we talk with the owners of Maribou Salon in Folsom about it, as well as the Legal Counsel for the Professional Beauty Federation of California, who filed an injunction against the state’s shutdown orders earlier this month.
