The so-called ‘Golden State Killer’ and ‘East Area Rapist,’ DeAngelo is expected to admit guilt to 13 murders and 13 charges of kidnapping for purposes of robbery. That includes some 62 other crimes of rape and abduction, all committed between 1973 to 1986.
