The due date to select a running mate is drawing near for Joe Biden.
Speculation over who the former vice president will pick continues to swirl as the top presidential candidate will have to decide on a vice president by August 1. Senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota was thought to be a frontrunner for the job, but she’s since withdrawn from consideration. Biden has already said his pick will be a woman, with many hoping it will be a woman of color.
