Ultrarunner Tara Dower talks hallucinations and missing toenails

The Appalachian Trail is about 2200 miles long, and every now and then people see how fast they can run the whole thing. This September, ultrarunner Tara Dower set a new record of 40 Days, 18 hours and six minutes...breaking the old record by over 13 hours. So, it's good to know that being on our show will only be the second most exhausting thing she's ever done.
