This holiday season we are doing something a little bit different on CapRadio Classical and Jazz. We want to hear from YOU!
We’re asking you to take part in the curation of our “Sounds of the Season” programming this year. That’s why we’ve created two hour-long shows centered exclusively around your requests.
The “Sounds of the Season Request Hour” will be an opportunity to reflect on holidays past, the people we love, and the experiences we’ve accumulated over a lifetime. In a phrase, let the music tell your story.
If there is a particular piece of music that resonates with you this time of year then we would love to hear about it. We’ll do the best we can to squeeze in as many selections and comments as possible.
Of course, our ability to honor your request is dependent upon what we have available in our library and the volume of requests that come in over the next several weeks.
You can call us at 916-278-5299 and leave a voice mail or fill out the form below to tell us which of your classical holiday favorites you’d like to hear. Tell us who you are, where you are from, and why you’d like to request a particular piece of music.
Please limit requests to three pieces per person and no longer than 10 minutes. That way we can make room for as wide an array of music as possible.
