A new President is about to take office, what should he know about you or where you live?
Leading up to the election, NPR and its Member stations worked together to encourage national conversations about important questions facing the nation. Now, on the eve of the Inauguration of a new President, it's time to build on those conversations and take the reporting series A Nation Engaged into communities across the country—starting with four regions that represent political and geographic diversity: California, North Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin.
On Wednesday January 11, Capital Public Radio, will hold a live town hall event to explore where America goes from here as the President-elect Donald Trump is set to be inaugurated. This community forum will bring together people from across the electorate to address the question: What do you want the new President to know about you or your community as he takes office?
How To Participate:
Call (916) 287-0061 and answer the question: What do you want the new President to know about you or your community as he takes office?
Tell us a little about yourself, including your full name, what city you're calling from and the best way to contact you.
Your comments may be part of our event on Wed., Jan. 11 at Capital Public Radio.
