Prop 8 Ruling Preview People across America are watching as the U.S. Supreme Court prepares to deliver its ruling on the constitutionality of same sex marriage in two different cases.  We’re speaking with Professor of Constitutional Law at UCLA Adam Winkler about the California Proposition 8 case that the high court has been considering, as well as the potential impact the judges’ decision may have in the state.
