Kathleen Asay is a Sacramento-based author and UCLA graduate originally from the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. She has long dreamed of becoming a professional writer and her novel, entitled Flint House, serves as Asay's debut work of fiction. Flint House, set in Sacramento, details the trials of a burnt-out journalist who finds herself fighting for the tenants of a boarding house who face eviction following the death of the home's owner.
