The open enrollment period for Covered California begins Saturday and that means millions of California’s will be shopping for insurance plans. Some will be signing up for insurance for the first time while others will be switching to a new plan that better suites their needs. In any case, there are a lot of options for consumers and a lot of bureaucratic hurdles to overcome.
