Now, in the wake of the failure to indict police officers involved in the killing of Michael Brown and Eric Garner, the city’s Cops and Clergy program is proving valuable for helping minority communities rebuild fractured relationships with law enforcement. We’ll speak with a Sacramento pastor and a Sacramento police lieutenant who have been working together to change the relationship minority communities have with law enforcement officers.
