SXSW, the annual music, movie and digital festival held in Austin, Texas, attracts thousands of artists from around the globe. In addition to this being a good year for Sacramento artists on the music front, the festival also included the premiere of a documentary film about Tower Records, “All Things Must Pass.” CapRadio Music Web Editor Melody Stone is in Austin, where she attended the premiere of “All Things Must Pass” and has been following Sacramento’s musical offerings on a daily basis. She’ll tell us what she’s seen and what’s still left to come.
