The El Dorado Winery Association presents the best known and biggest of the foothill wine festivals, Passport Wine Event. It's the 24th annual of the event and it begins April 11-12 and 18-19 from 11 - 5 pm. Emily Hays, one of the owners of Chateau Davell, is here to fill us in on what's going on in the area with spring, drought, the increasing popularity of the foothills etc.
