Progress, and economic development -- these were some of the key themes addressed by West Sacramento Mayor Christopher Cabaldon in his State of the City address Tuesday night. The annual event honors civic leaders in the West Sacramento community highlights the city’s major milestones and looks toward it future. In 2004, Mayor Christopher Cabaldon became the first mayor directly elected by West Sacramento voters. He is currently serving his fourth elected term.
