As we continue our coverage of Sacramento Hunger Awareness Week, we check in with the Learning Support Specialist at a local K-8 school. After Amaya Weiss spoke with us in November about the many needs of students at John Still Elementary School, she heard from many people in the community who were unaware of what many student’s in our region face on a daily basis and wanted to help. We’ll find out how things are going now.
