What if you could enjoy some of Sacramento’s best pizza while a world-renown beer expert leads you through a unique beer tasting? And what if you could help fund arts for kids with disabilities while doing so? Well, it turns out you can. Anheuser-Busch Endowed Professor of Brewing Science at UC Davis Charlie Bamforth is hosting a beer tasting benefit for the non-profit, I Can Do That!, at Hot Italian this Sunday. The proceeds from the event “I Can Do Beer!” will fund the organization’s Artists-in-Schools program, which hires professional teaching artists to go into schools once a week to work with children in special education classrooms.
