From the award-winning playwright of “Elephant’s Graveyard,” George Brant, comes the story of an ace fighter pilot whose career in the sky is ended early due to an unexpected pregnancy. Trading her seat in the cockpit for one at a computer flying drones half a world away, “Grounded” tells the story of a woman living in two different realities. Davis-native Alicia Hunt takes on the leading role (which was played by Anne Hathaway in one Broadway rendition) and tells the story of war from a woman’s perspective. “Grounded” runs through August 8 at B Street Theater.
