Rio Americano graduate Todd Morgan and his band have been honing their sound since the first album in 2009. The group’s latest album "Sweet Pretender" is a big leap forward from their roots as a 50s rock cover band during their high school days. The 12 tracks toggle between pop and rock with polished production and crafty lyrics by Morgan. Todd Morgan & the Emblems are performing in the Insight studio ahead of the band’s official CD release party this Friday at the Fair Oaks Community Clubhouse.
