Oakland artist and winner of NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert Contest, Fantastic Negrito, will perform at the Crocker Art Museum’s Neo Crocker Party tomorrow night. He joins us by phone to talk about his life in music and sharp rise from obscurity to fame thanks for NPR’s contest. We’ll also ask him about the unexpected cancellation of his Outside Land’s set in August.
