Sacramento, CA
On Saturday night, the familiar nightclub Badlands will become a sea of red dresses for the
Sacramento Red Dress Party. The color is significant because it is the global symbol in the fight against HIV and AIDS. The event is meant to express solidarity with people living with the illnesses and to raise awareness on prevention.
David Heitstuman, Board President of Sacramento's LGBT Community Center, and Arturo Jackson III, HIV survivor and activist, join Insight with a preview of the party.
