We continue our follow-up conversations to the World Health Organization’s announcement Monday about the cancer link to processed meat and red meat.  Today, we’ll speak with Dianne Hyson, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is serving as the Associate Dean for the College of Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary Studies at Sacramento State and has been the director of the dietetic program for the past 13 years.
