University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law is hosting a symposium Nov. 6 on emerging issues of consent and how criminal codes should define rape and other sex crimes. We’ll talk with McGeorge law professors Michael Vitiello and Raquel Aldana about emerging issues, like Yes Means Yes on campus and how sexual misconduct crimes and penalties could be redefined and how the law should balance the fair treatment of victims and accused perpetrators.
