The Sacramento French Film Festival is returning for a one-day mini event this Saturday at the Crest Theatre. This petite version of the popular summer festival will include five feature films, including the 2014 drama "Welcome to New York," starring Gérard Depardieu. The organizer for the 2nd annual Mini Fall French Film Festival, Cécile Mouette Downs, joins Insight to talk about the films she's selected for this weekend.
