Gov. Jerry Brown sat down with Capital Public Radio's Ben Adler before heading to the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris. During the conversation, Brown talked about how he plans to promote California's efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at the conference and he also defended an embattled state agency that regulates oil and gas drilling.
