A festival celebrating bacon might sound a little odd to the uninitiated. I mean, who needs bacon gelato or bacon-infused vodka? But that’s beside the point. Bacon Fest Sacramento is an annual event designed to showcase the talents and creativity of the many chefs that make up the city’s food scene. There are no factory-farmed hogs in Bacon Fest Sacramento and all bacon is housemade.
