The Aliso Canyon natural gas leak seems to be stabilizing around 20,000 kilograms per hour, according to preliminary measurements.

UC Davis project scientist Stephen Conley has been measuring the rate of methane leaking from the natural gas storage facility in Southern California in his heavily-modified single-engine airplane and joins Insight to talk more about his findings.
