With the passing of Justice Antonin Scalia, the US Supreme Court term’s docket is up in the air. Some cases have already been decided with Scalia’s input, but other big cases could end in a 4-4 tie.
We’ll talk with McGeorge School of Law Professor Leslie Jacobs about how the absence of Justice Scalia changes the likely outcome of the California teachers’ union dues case Friedrichs vs the California Teachers Association.
