Mobilizing Latino voters in Nevada is a crucial task for any presidential candidate hoping to gain delegates in this month’s caucuses.
Winning the Latino vote in Nevada will be no easy undertaking. Jocelyn Sida of Mi Familia Vota — a nonpartisan voter engagement group- says Latino voters aren’t apt to vote for the sake of voting.
And that makes it even more important for a campaign to have a good ground game in the Silver State.
They need a lot of people knocking on doors and making phone calls to engage Latino voters who may believe they have no good candidates to choose from.
