Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Matthew Matthews is in Sacramento for a couple days this week to explain to business leaders, government officials and other civic organizations how the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a free-trade agreement between the United States and 11 other countries, will affect Northern California.
Matthews is speaking Tuesday night for the World Affairs Council, Sacramento Chapter at USC Price School State Capital Center, 1800 I street at 630.
