McGeorge Law Professor Linda Carter has had a long and distinguished career teaching international criminal law here in Sacramento and around the world.

Professor Carter joins us to talk about recent news from the International Criminal Court and her new focus as she steps down from teaching duties at McGeorge School of Law.

Professor Carter will be joined by John Washburn, who has his own highly distinguished career in international law.

They will discuss high-stakes negotiations to create a court to redress genocide, war crimes, and humanitarian crises around the globe from Guatemala to Iran to Rwanda.
