Sacramento singer-songwriter Sandra Dolores is back with a brand new EP, "Back to the Start." The album is being released as a small-scale house concert this weekend and it will be one of the last times you'll get to see Dolores perform locally for a while, as she's heading out a tour through the Pacific Northwest.
